Shipping & Returns

Order Preparation

Personalized blankets are ordinarily prepared within 3–5 business days after an order is accepted. Business days do not include US federal holidays. Orders cannot normally be changed after production begins.

Shipping

Standard shipping to US addresses is free. Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days after production. We email a tracking number when the carrier accepts the package. Expedited or international shipping is not offered unless it appears as an option during checkout.

Address Problems and Missing Packages

Please review your address before payment. Contact us promptly if an address is wrong. If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days or a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us so we can open a carrier inquiry.

30-Day Money-Back Promise

Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or personalized differently from the information you submitted. We will offer a replacement at no charge or refund the purchase price to the original payment method.

How to Request Help

  1. Email support@example.com with your order number.
  2. Describe the problem and include clear photographs if the item is damaged or misprinted.
  3. Keep the product and packaging until we respond. We will reply within 2 business days.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Because each blanket is made using names supplied for one customer, personalized items cannot usually be returned for a change of mind. This limitation does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers may take 5–10 business days to post a refund after it is issued.
