These terms apply when you use this website or purchase a Hearth & Kin product. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a purchase agreement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Products and Personalization

Product colors may vary slightly by screen and manufacturing process. You are responsible for reviewing the spelling, capitalization, size, quantity, and shipping address submitted with your order. We may contact you if personalization instructions are unclear.

Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes and any non-standard shipping charges must be displayed before payment. Your order is accepted only after payment is authorized and we send an order confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error or suspected fraud.

Fulfillment and Delivery

Estimated production and delivery times are not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but we will help investigate a delayed or missing tracked shipment.

Returns and Refunds

Our Shipping & Returns Policy forms part of these terms. Personalized products generally cannot be resold, so change-of-mind returns may be limited. Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrectly personalized items caused by our error are covered by our 30-day promise.

Acceptable Use

Do not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, interfere with other visitors, or submit content that is unlawful or infringes another person’s rights.

Intellectual Property

The website design, product artwork, photographs, and written content belong to Hearth & Kin or its licensors and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

Disclaimers and Liability

To the extent permitted by law, products and website services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. We do not exclude any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Our liability for a product claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms for future use. The version in effect when you place an order will apply to that order.
